Smiling Again

"Larry" was referred to our office after years of unhappiness with his smile. He never liked the unevenness of the edges of his teeth due to wear and a dark grey line around some old dental work. Upon examination it was revealed that there existed a porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge replacing one of his missing front teeth that had gum recession and now showed the dark edges. We replaced the bridge with one that contains no metal and thus reflects light just like real teeth. We also placed crowns on his other teeth made of the same materials to complete the picture. He now never stops smiling.
